So go ahead and tell me why condemning those who are different from you is a biblically sound principle? Tell me again how voting a man who puts money before all else is spews hatred and contempt for those who are different than him or who disagree with him was the Godly thing to do?
I am getting very tired of everyone defending the hatred in this world with, "well yeah, but_______". There is no grey area, Christ commanded you to love your neighbor as you love yourself. Oh, and neighbor means another human being, not just other Christians, or only those you get along with, or even those with the same skin color.
The Christian church is so far removed from what Christ taught it should be. There are churches ripped apart based on doctrine and petty details that we have no way of honestly knowing the answer to. Predestination or predetermination? Doesn't matter in the end. Doesn't matter at all. What matters is how we follow Christ's teachings in the new testament.
Guess what, the Christian church is failing at that.
